About Record Access Corporation
Since our formation, in August 1989, Record Access Corporation has become the technical innovation leader for the professional liability, product liability and general liability insurance arenas.
We have created and implemented a dynamic web portal RADAR (Record Access Document and Retrieval Portal) that has given our clients a new work-flow environment and has led to substantial savings and a more productive work process. It has had the effect of eliminating the need for individual entity file rooms and the time consuming process of maintaining and controlling those rooms. Our clients have replaced their costly file rooms and now use the powerful and user friendly RADAR web portal and a local document server (LDS).
The RADAR web portal has allowed the insurance carriers, their clients and/ or risk management divisions; law firms and expert witnesses, to review all documents on a case or matter. With the ease of use that RADAR provides, users may access the files at home, at work or at any conference. RADAR provides a security level permission based software system.
We at Record Access are proud of our accomplishments. Our executive board has approved the expansion in the coming year -- through partnership or acquisition -- into several new areas of the country including the Southeast (Florida), Midwest (Illinois) and the West (California). We look forward to finding new clients and partners and bringing our proven workflow process to new locations.
